| Can I use the headphones even if noise cancelling is off or if the battery is dead? |
| Yes, QC®20 headphones are still able to play audio if the battery power is depleted and the unit is powered off. You will not be able to use noise cancelling or Aware mode, however, and Active EQ, which electronically provides more lifelike audio reproduction, is disabled. These technologies need power to operate. |
| What devices can I use with QC®20 headphones? |
| QC®20 headphones are specifically designed to work with most Android, Windows and BlackBerry smartphones. An inline microphone and one-touch answer/end button allow for seamless switching between your calls and music. Some phones may require you to hold the answer/end button for a few seconds to perform these functions. |
| Can I use QC®20 headphones in the rain or snow? |
| It's not recommended. Bose® SIE2/SIE2i sport headphones, however, are moisture-proof, and designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor weather. |
