| Can I listen to music even if the battery has run out? |
| Yes. QC25 headphones are still able to play audio if the battery is depleted. Without power, however, noise cancelling and Active EQ, which electronically provide more lifelike audio reproduction, are disabled. These technologies need power to operate. |

They were great for a few months when I first got them however a few months after the warranty ran out they broke. So if you want some good headphones these are great however don't be shocked if they break after a year or two.

I have been a customer of Bose for a number of years and their products are superb. Their after sales service in second to none. My daughter is a grammy nominated singer / songwriter and music is her life. She has chosen these headphones above all others. It speaks volumes. They are the choice of a professional . Well done Bose on producing a remarkable product.

It is important to read the bad reviews first, not last. There are too many people complaining about faults. These do not last. Do not purchase. Similar reviews on Amazon.It has put me off Bose. Bose take note. Poor quality like this can break a company. Reputation is essential.

I bought these as a little "gift to me" and I couldn't be happier with them. The price I paid, the fit, sound quality and the noise cancelling takes these to another level. I'd recommend these to anyone

I would like to start saying that these headphones have been the ones I have enjoyed the most while they lasted. I had them for 2 years and a half and suddenly the left side started having problems, being the lack of sound or very annoying scratchy noise in the back ground the main ones. When I went to the local retailer to have them repaired, the answer I got was even more shocking than the fact that these expensive headphones were having problems so early. Their reply was that there was no guarantee beyond 2 years, fact that I was aware of, and thatt there was NO REPAIR SERVICE. Apparently, it was Bose policy that headphones are either replaced if they fail within 2 years, otherwise no repair available and you have to purchase a new pair at full-price. In addition, I was told in the store that there was a problem with the design of this model and the wiring, meaning that all the bending needed to carry them in their case will eventually lead to failure of the headphone. I found this unacceptable and shocking as I really looked after my headphones and I was not expecting this reply and lack of repair service from this premium company. To sum up, very good sound that apparently it is not designed to last and very likely you will need a new pair. If this happens after 2 years, you will have to pay in full for a new set.

I loved these Earphones at the beginning. However, after sometime I noticed that the ear pads started to break up and come away from the body. Then the cable insulation started to break down. What a waste of money these were. These are light use and always placed in case after use! There are better ones on the market and cheaper. Plus will last longer than these. So Be aware.....Don't waster your money. I never thought I would say this about a BOSE Product as I have purchased many. This has also happened to my other pair which is my Husbands and he only uses these to listen to the football when its on the radio!!!!
