Panasonic KX-HNC800EW HD Camera includes a pre-recording function: image processing actually begins two seconds before the camera's motion sensor activates the recording process. An advantage that fully records someone walking through the entire room or space - not after they are halfway through it.
Privacy Protection
The camera includes a manual sliding shutter to cover the camera and microphone in any occasion where monitoring is not necessary. Once covered, monitoring and microphone actions are fully disabled.
A notification is sent to your smartphone or tablet when the shutter is closed. If you need to reactivate the monitoring and microphone functions, you can use the 2-way communication to ask the shutter to be opened.

The 1080p Full HD camera can record automatically onto a microSD/SDHC/SDXC card (up to 128GB). You can view recorded videos from your smart device or on your laptop/PC by simply removing the microSD from your camera and inserting it into your device.
