The Smart Hub is the centre of your Panasonic Smart Home and it is quick and easy to set up. It wirelessly connects to your Panasonic Smart Home devices and has a big enough range to cover every corner of your home, so you can make the most of the entire Panasonic Smart Home range.
Wherever you are, you can keep an eye on what matter. The indoor camera enables you to check that your pets are safe and well when you are not with them. You can get alerts on your smartphone or tablet and help ensure your pets wellbeing. Plus, you can add more cameras to your setup if you want to monitor your entire home.
You can even tell the camera to ignore areas of the images so that, for instance, your pet won’t keep triggering alarms as they stroll across the kitchen.
The door sensor gives you the ability to monitor when your dog walker or cat sitter enters and leaves your home providing reassurance that your pet has been visited.
Because they connect wirelessly to all the other devices via the Hub, a triggered sensor could be set to send you alerts on your smart device and switch on any appliances connected to the Smart Plug.
Any electronic device connected to the Smart Plug can be automatically turned on and off via your smartphone or tablet. You can switch on a lamp to prevent your pets from sitting in the dark.
Every part of the Panasonic Smart Home system can be fully controlled from your smart device using an ultra-intuitive app that can be easily downloaded.
This app handles everything from watching live feeds from your cameras, controlling appliances via the Smart Plug, alerting you if any sensors are triggered and even allow you to chat with your pet via the 2-way communication.
Smart Home systems can run in three different
modes. First they can be armed for when you’re
at home, activating home automation features
like automatically turning on lights or alerting
you when someone is at the door. Next they can
be armed for when you’re out, providing security
features based around the detection abilities of
your cameras and window/door/motion sensors.
Finally, the whole system can be fully disarmed.
Smart Home’s sophisticated network technology lets you adapt and expand your system to suit your changing needs.
