Designed to protect your privacy

Alexa and Echo Show devices are built with multiple layers of privacy protection. From the Mic/Camera Off button and built-in camera cover to the ability to delete your voice recordings, you have transparency and control over your Alexa experience. If you’ve enrolled in visual ID, Echo Show processes images on the device to recognise you. You can delete your visual ID at any time.

Mount it

Screws and fixings are included along with a template to help you know how much space you need. An electric drill and other tools may be necessary.

Switch from portrait to landscape

To change the orientation after installation, just unhook it from the mount and reattach it the other way.

Accessibility

On Echo devices with screens, text subtitling are displayed when you enable Alexa Subtitling and subtitling for supported content. You can magnify the screen, toggle colour inversion, and choose between colour correction options. You can also enable the VoiceView screen reader, or use Show and Tell where Alexa helps identify products when you say “Alexa, what am I holding?” With Tap to Alexa you can interact with the screen via tiles or a keyboard instead of speaking.
