Can I listen to Bluetooth at the same time as my game?
Yes, the 2.4GHz gaming wireless and the Bluetooth audio mix together, providing tons of flexibility in combining audio sources. Bluetooth can be turned on/off independently using a secondary power button on the earcup and does not need the dongle to connect.
Can my chat hear me talking when I answer a phone call over Bluetooth?
No, when starting a call over Bluetooth the microphone automatically switches over, muting your mic to the chat.
Does the microphone still work when it's retracted?
The microphone will still pickup sound while retracted, but since it's a directional mic, it needs to be extended and in close proximity to your mouth to produce the best quality of sound.
How does the headset connect to the Xbox?
The headset connects wirelessly to the included dongle. This dongle connects to any USB port on the Xbox via the included USB-A cable. The same dongle can be switched from 'Xbox' to 'USB', allowing it to also be used on PC, PlayStation, Switch, Android, and Meta Quest.
